  Rep. Zoe Lofgren - Democrat, California’s 16th Congressional District (1995)

  Running against Republican Robert Murray in the 19th (redistricting) 

  Lofgren ran the House Ethics committee in the 111th, which included hearings on Democrats Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters (Water’s was postponed). Lofgren resigned her position on the committee in Jan 2011.
